I bring three decades of senior professional experience to my practice, including a career as a Broadcaster and Global News Anchor (BBC World Service Radio, ANN, Al Jazeera), a multi-award-winning creative leader (The Economist), author and exhibited fine artist.

I hold a professional coaching diploma accredited by the International Coaching Federation, and am an ICF member. I am a mentor for Henley Business School at the University of Reading and am a graduate of the University of Oxford (MA Oxon). 

My coaching style is person-centred, based on my belief that given the right conditions, anyone can reach their full potential. Combining insights and actions, my practice raises client self-awareness, self-compassion and confidence to achieve life goals.
